Selective
The selective pitter is a pneumatically operated spooning operation with no sorting involved.
Patented Electronic Selective
The electronic selective pitter provides three operations: 1) Spoon or torque pitting; 2) Computerized reporting and monitoring system; 3) Fruit segregation by computer information and hopper control system. The peach monitoring system is designed to help the cannery personnel identify problem machines quickly, and prioritise machine repair. The monitor collects and stores machine/plant history information every half hour. Plantview is a program that provides a quick way to extract history information from these files. It will generate reports as well as graphs showing how the monitored machines performed over the course of the day. These daily reports can then be used to generate monthly reports, graphs, and end-of-season reports.
Light-weight Jaws
Atlas Pacific's improved jaws are cleaner, provide less stress on the machine and improve the range by reducing the torque of fruit maturities that can be handled successfully.
The ESP Selective Pitter assures you of higher quality, greater yield and improved efficiency.
Automatic Alignment
The efficient orientors give the highest number of on-suture halves for excellent grade yields. This means a higher percentage of premium quality fruit halves and a higher profit per case packed.
Automatic Feeding
The gentle, efficient transfer maintains fruit integrity even with soft fruit and results in consistent on-suture cuts.
Gentle Torque Pitting
Atlas's light-weight jaw and selective feature consistently return the highest quality of unbroken, pitted halves. This assures highest
case and grade yields in the industry.
Special Split Pit Handling
The patented Selective Peach Pitting equipment is just one example of technical leadership.
